The Agency

Pioneers of the Inclusive Events Industry

Founded in Vienna in 2016, FullAccess Event Services OG is an accessibility consulting agency that specializes in the previously neglected leisure sector. In addition to major events, the company advises sports venues, trade shows, conferences, escape room game developers, and university-affiliated institutions.

FullAccess supports event organizers in making their events accessible through consulting, diversity-sensitive communication, and an on-site team, ensuring that these events become more accessible to visitors with all types of disabilities.

The Founders

A graduate of the “Social Work” program at FH Campus Wien, she has many years of experience as a social worker in the field of “disabilities” and has also completed the training program for disability advocates.

PR & Kommunikation

Communication services for media and public relations that incorporate diversity-sensitive language, ranging from contact options for the target audience to PR consulting for artists on all issues related to inclusion.

On-site Service

Our team will be on hand at your event to address the needs of visitors with disabilities and will, among other things, manage the (wheelchair) platforms, raise awareness about the intersection of disability and ableism, and coordinate additional services.

Mystery Guesting

Evaluation of accessibility during ongoing event operations to assess the current status at every point in the customer journey, with the aim of identifying weaknesses in the execution.

Workshops & Awareness Training Sessions

Knowledge transfer and reflection based on international best practices drawn from current research and peer perspectives—to foster an open and competent approach to interacting with visitors with disabilities.

Touch Tours & Backstage Tours

Design and implementation of stage and backstage tours for visitors with disabilities, as well as touch tours focused on visual impairment/blindness and neurodiversity.
